This particularly mild vinegar has been made for over 50 years from fully ripe, freshly pressed Swiss apples according to the original and unchanged recipe. Honey, whey and selected herbs give Pommel its unique, harmonious taste.
How about a change from balsamic vinegar? With Pommel apple cider vinegar, you can whip up so many different salad sauces! Pommel also cuts a fine figure as an apple cider vinegar drink.
