The well-known Tyrolean company A. Darbo took together with Gustav Gerig part in this year's IGEHO Basel.
Fruit jams, honey and syrup were presented from 18-22 November 2023 to numerous visitors from the hotel and catering industry. The innovative and unique dispenser systems for the breakfast buffet attracted particular interest. The catering businesses are looking for such alternative solutions to avoid waste from jam portions.
